Now, my Axim X51v with the Widcomm BT stack supports A2DP, I want to share a couple of good BT stereo headsets, I know:

  • Logitech/HP: $40 after MIR. Here!
Good: Solid performer, the control buttons work well, sound quality is good
Bad: Heavy, the band can be cracked in previous model; can not use laying down

  • GlobalSat BTH-820: $55. Here!
You use your own headset and you can also get the bundle with the BT dongle for $90
Good: Discret, use your own favorite HS/Earbuds; can pair with cellphone
Bad: You still deal with some wire

  • Plantronics Pulsar 590 $105 Here! image is here!
Good: Very beautiful headset, Comes with stand, BT dongle, travel hard case, good range, sound quality is solid, works well with cellphone, can be wired
Bad: perhaps the size when you are outdoor

Do you know of any headsets that definitely work with this stack? By headset I mean a headphone/microphone combo as opposed to just stereo headphones like the ones shown here.

I use the Plantronics Pulsar 590, which has Stereo/HS combo. I have tested A2DP succcessfully but have not tried BT HF/HS on the Widcomm stack.
