Does anyone know how to do this for a phone that doesn’t have “mass storage” mode? I need to do this over bluetooth instead of USB. I remember reading I could use FTP to assign a drive letter, but can’t find that article again.

I would love if you could get this for mac as there is no program, that I am aware of, that does so currently. If anyone knows of a program for mac that does the same thing please tell me.

Does this convert the m4a files to mp3 automatically before syncing them? or do I have to make all my files in iTunes mp3?

Hi all, I’m using a HTC or Dopod 838Pro as they called it in Singapore. May I ask what do I type in the iTunes Agent Preference folder when i click on “NEW”, “Music Folder” and “Recognize by folder/file”

Thanks for any info. This would be a great tool if I can get it to work

Have Soltice card Export II installed and my laptop recognizes the Axim as USB drive but does not show up in my devices in iTunes agent. Thx

iTunes only sees your Axim if it is mounted as an USB drive. You need the Soltice card Export II software, mentioned in the post.

As someone more technically challenged, I just cant figure this out. Could anyone help me with any of the following problems:
1. I am unable to add any songs onto the “Axim” folder which is now present on iTunes.
2. When I connect my axim to the computer and try to open iTunes agent, it says that “there are no connected devices to synchronize”
3. I am not sure how I am to ‘create a directory at root level on the Axim storage card with the name ITAGENERIC.’ Is that just a folder?
Anyone who has gotten this to work and can offer some advice would be appreciated!

Thank you Jason, you might want to get the free utility MobSync (Google it!), which allows you to sync between iTunes folder on your PC to your Axim Storage card. You can’t however have the playlist. Mobsync just sync the whole folder/subfolder..
