Palm Treo 700 users are elegible for a free download of Sprite Backup via the Palm website. Please follow the link below to the Palm website where you can register for your free download:

Please note you will need to enter the serial number of your device to access the download page;

Select the Start button, and then select Settings.
Select the System tab, and then select About.
Select the phone tab.
Find your serial number.
