Anyone who has used some kind of a device with an LCD screen, whether it be a GPS, satellite radio receiver, portable media player, or a PocketPC, etc. in a car knows of the horrendous glare that covers the screen for most of the day. Well how are you supposed to let your mobile GPS find your way to the nearest strip club when you can’t even see the screen?..

This is where the GlareStomper comes in. It is just a little visor that goes on top of the GPS or other unit and prevents some of the glare. It is a pretty damn good idea, but you may be better off just making your own visor to match the size whatever gadget you have rather than paying upwards of $20 for the GlareStomper that may or may not fit your device correctly.

glarestomper is horrible! I ordered from their ebay seller glarestomper and the item never arrived. I had to file a complaint with paypal to get my money back.

A few weeks later I tried again. My money was refunded a week later. I finally emailed them and asked what was wrong. They said they refuse to ship to me! How can you refuse to ship on ebay? I don’t know but they did. I filed complaints with ebay for non-performing seller, we’ll see what happens.

    FOR THE RECORD.

We did ship the item to the address provided by Bridget.

Without contacting us or letting us know the item had not arrived, Bridget filed a dispute with Paypal. Within 10 minutes we refunded her payment. WE refunded it, NOT paypal. Bridget then left us negative feedback anyway and ordered the same item again (with a different shipping address).

We no longer wanted to do business with Bridget because of her feedback practices, so we refunded her payment. Bridget then ordered 2 more of the same item, and threatened to leave negative feedback for 3 items unless we ship the items to her. We refused and refunded her payments yet again.

The FIRST item was then returned to us as ‘not deliverable to this address’. You see, Bridget gave us a bum address on the first one. All of this could easily been resolved with a simple email or phone call to us.

We are happy that Bridget will never buy from us again. Hopefully no one else will have to deal with her either!!
