This utility just got added a new Podcast Dialog, which allows with 2 clicks, before you start your day, either WMP or TCPMP will be launched and play the most recent feeds. I opted for TCPMP (do not forget to perform File association .asx to TCPMP), since TCPMP can play practically all media formats and it also has bookmark capability as well as maintaining the playlist accross on/off.
