Is it an QVGA only skin or is it also an VGA skin?

And is it the same skin, than the “Windows Vista Portable Editon” from Xcilion??

Is there any VGA Version, because as I see, this version has the transparent Vista style. The one from Xcilion does have transparency as far as I know. (And I also love this sidebar with the clock….)

I have not heard if the VGA is in the work…I hope you have WAD (Wisbar Advance Desktop)? for the Sidebar/Clock etc..
