- Franklin & Sprint Wireless USB EV-DO Card
This revolutionary product will enable mobile and desktop users that do not have a PCMCIA card slot to connect to the Internet using Sprint Mobile Broadband Services. Not much information is out on this card but our early tests have shown remarkable speeds! Previous ultra mobile portables have had the “ball and chain” by tethering their EVDO phones/pda’s but now those days are over and it looks like Sprint beat everyone to the punch! Unfortunately WM devices still can not benefit from it.
Note: The Sony UX180P does not come with the package!

Forget the card. I want the sony. =)
I was able to play with this device at our local CompUsa, and somehow it doesn’t really apeal to me. Not just because I hated Sony, but man thing is uuuugly.
I can’t wait to see what Dell is going to come up with. The main thing is, if Dell can keep at the $600-700 range, then I’m in.
