Q-like Smartphone Coming to i-Mate

This device, which will reportedly be called the JAQ, will have a form-factor similar other recent smartphones, like the Motorola Q and iPAQ hw6900. This means it will include a built-in miniature keyboard.
i-Mate’s upcoming device will also have a 2.8-inch, 320-by-240-pixel (QVGA) touchscreen and an integrated GPS receiver.
In addition, the JAQ will include 64 MB of RAM, 128 MB of ROM, and a miniSD card slot. It will run Windows Mobile 5.0 on a 200 MHz OMAP processor from TI.
This will be a GSM/GPRS/EDGE device with Bluetooth 1.2 but not Wi-Fi.
i-mate has not yet officially announced this device, but a report that it’s coming soon leaked out anyway.
