Hey Solsie,
My email address is attached.
I can’t post my URLS … but here’s some of my favs:
Apple News
BBC News
Brighthand
CERT (Technical)
Engadget
InfoSync World
Mobility Today
GMAIL!
Slashdot
Here is a list of the RRS Feeds I use on a regular basis. I would love to use your product for this as it seems to be one of the best out there!
4WinMobile: http://www.4winmobile.com/news_rss.php
BBC News: http://news.bbc.co.uk/rss/newsonline_world_edition/front_page/rss091.xml
Brighthand: http://www.brighthand.com/feeds/rss.php
Engadget Mobile: http://www.engadgetmobile.com/rss.xml
PDAPhoneHome.com: http://pdaphonehome.com/forums/external.php?type=rss2&forumids=169
Pocketmax: http://www.pocketmax.net/smf/index.php?action=.xml;type=rss
And of course!
http://solsie.com/?feed=rss2
I view many more, but these are the ones I view the most lately!
And I forgot the reasons for them… I am a gadget geek! I love to keep up to date on all the products I use and the products that are coming out!
PDAPhoneHome.com is the best site for info and help on using PDA Phones. I have a samsung i730 through Verizon and without this site I would sent my device back the day I got it.
Pocketmax is the maker of PhoneAlarm which is a must have for any one using a phone enabled pocket pc.
Engadget Mobile, Brighthand and 4WinMobile are great sites to read updates on new mobile technology…
BBC News.. Even though its very slanted it helps me to find out what things are going on overseas…
Favorite RSS feeds:
solsie.com – Great source of PPC tips, tricks and other related news.
aximsite.com – The definitive source for Dell Axim information.
engadget.com – Electronics news
woot.com – Deal-a-day
http://solsie.com/?feed=rss2
how do I give my email id?
and my favourite is :
http://www.walkintheword.com/podcast.xml
First on my list is:
My local newspaper (breaking news) feed.
* I need this, since I’m always on the go.
Engadget / Engadget Mobile
*I’m a gadget geek – I need to be on top of new tech. toys.
CNet News
*I need to be fed with technology news
Aximsite
*If you love your Axim, this is the site for you. Although, they don’t have much news. It’s the forum that is kick @ss!
Solsie (of course)
*This site updates often and that’s what I like. I don’t like the constant “page not found” though…
JAMM (Just Another Mobile Monday)
*Another site I love for it’s content, and up-to-date mobile news, etc.
Pocketpcthoughts
*Nice variety, and frequent updates.
Yahoo News (Top Stories)
* Top stories from all over the world.
There’s a lot more, but this is I check often…
Good luck everyone!!!
BTW … why would we want to include the Solsie.com RSS Feed??? We all know its the ONLY (haha) way to see the website if your on your mobile!
Hey Brandon, you missed this: http://solsie.com/?p=519
My favourite feeds are:
first of all, my Gmail inbox. Gotta have that!
https://gmail.google.com/gmail/feed/atom
Then there are two news sites, but they’re in Dutch so less interesting (http://nu.nl/deeplink_rss2/index.jsp?r=Algemeen and http://spitsnet.nl/RSS)
I also have the feeds from blogs of some of my friends (on Dutch blogs), and feeds to blogs relating to The Lost Experience, an Alternate Reality Game concerning the tv show Lost.
I’d love an RSS feed for the Lakeridge Software forums (Wisbar Advance 2), but that one isn’t supported anymore.
So I guess no feeds that a lot of people will use, but to me it really adds something to my PPC
Btw, I’ll be adding the Solsie feed now!
It is ironic to find this contest. I’ve been to Solsie’s site so many times in the past few weeks, because of many great things I keep finding here, that I just added the site to my rss a few days ago! This contest is just another example…
As for favorite feeds:
* Solsie’s site
(of course, reasons above)
* 4WinMobile
Great source of info and friendly users! Also the home of my PS support forum.
* AximSite
Having an x50v, AximSite has proven to be the best source of info for my device then any other place on the web!
* Local News Feed
Helps me keep up on local events, and weather!
>> Good luck to everyone, and keep up the great site, Solsie!
Nope … I saw it. Read every word. I’m sticking with my “ONLY” way to read the site. Until you get us a truely mobile version!!!
Just kidding Solsie – I know you work hard on keeping the site running (and its appreciated) – but I thought it would be fun to raz you a bit since you posted the alternative method earlier.
Hey Netsyd, unlike PatrickJ, who has lots of helpers…I am very short-handed..here!..Just try to keep my head above the water… ;-(
You guys should merge…
Patrick and Solsie that is…
JAMM ‘IN SOLSIE.COM
w00t!
Yea I know, and you do a heck of a job of it. I come here to get the news just like everybody else =)
Keep up the good work … like I said we all appreciate it.
This software is very useful, since it provides me with interesting reading material, expecially when I’m in boring meetings!

2.) AximSite

I’ve downloaded the trial and will play with it. thanks!
I want to participate to the contest.
Hi Solsie! I’m a feed addict. What does that mean? Well, I have sought out various RSS programs for my Dell Axim x51v. My current software is excellent and consistently feeds my rss appetite.
But what is this fantastic program you are revealing to me? I really like my current reader but this is different. Is it true that Egress will actually download podcasts? Ah, mine doesn’t. That would be totally cool. Even as I write this, I am installing Egress to my Axim.
There it is! I’ll check “automatically cache enclosures”. That should do it!
What do I read? Well, I’ll show you a “few”… teehee
