If you are familiar with Divx format, you might find this site interesting for uploading, sharing, watching video contents (including Video Podcast). The quality is extremely good. Just give it a try HERE!
Of course, this site let you download the contents, however, if you want to copy/play to your WM device, then you might need to use PocketDivxEncoder and TCPMP. You won’t be dissapointed. The quality is awesome!
