A/V out for Zune

The Zune accessory page on Amazon, shows this Audio/Video out adapter. If you look closer: 1 end you have RCA out (White, Red, Yellow) and the other end is just like the normal 3.5mm-multi ring plug that implies you can just plug it in to the audio jack and have both audio and audio out!
Don’t we wish Windows Mobile devices can do that?
