BLUETOOTH Technology Complies to New CA Driver Law!

19 September, 2006 Posted by As News (0) Comment

Last Friday, California Governor Schwarzenegger signed SB 1613 into law, which requires California drivers to use a hands-free headset or in-car system when speaking on cell phones while operating vehicles. BLUETOOTH wireless technology provides three ways for California drivers to comply with the new law:

    1. Use of a BLUETOOTH wireless headset with cell phone
    2. Use of an after-market car kit to speak hands-free,
    3. 3) use of car with BLUETOOTH built in for hands-free talking over stereo system.

Using BLUETOOTH cell phones with any of these three hands-free options gives drivers the freedom to stay connected while driving.

Note: Look into our Garage Sale section, there are few, for sale! :-)
