Pre-Release Version of Core Player Being Distributed!

18 September, 2006 Posted by As Multimedia,News,Windows Mobile (0) Comment

As we posted earlier, the Core Code project has announced that they are inviting individuals to participate in a pre-release of the CorePlayer project.

CorePlayer will support even more standards that TCPMP currently does, plus it will include a whole host of goodies for developers and device manufacturers. This is great news for those who have media in a wide range of standards, no more re-encoding everything so you can use Windows Media Player. Plus, CorePlayer will be mult-platform software, so you will also be able to use it on your computer, or if you prefer Symbian or Palm.

More to come!
