You have not unleashed the full power of your WM device (Smartphone or PocketPC) unless you use a GPS navigation application. For some, the setup could be a little bit overwhelming since you have to by different components and then to make sure they work together. Since most of these components run with Bluetooth, which make the set up more challenging for non-tech savvy user.

Route66 has the solution for you by selling a proven solution compatible with your device. The maps are on DVD but can be downloaded easily on the included SD/MiniSD card. Just turn on the BT receiver, pop the card in voila.

Contents:

  • Memory card (miniSD) + adapter (SD)
  • Navigation software, geographic map and user manual (DVD)
  • Memory card reader/writer
  • Bluetooth GPS receiver (SiRF Star III)
  • In-car charger cable for GPS receiver
  • ROUTE 66 lanyard
  • Quick Start Guide
  • Universal car mount for smartphone – Smartphone NOT included in this pack

Getting Started:

  • Charge the battery of the device
  • Insert the memory card into your device
  • Switch on your device and wait for a fixed GPS position
  • Launch ROUTE 66 Mobile 7
  •  Done!

Yeah thats great !
R66 is much much better as this TomTom s*** :-)
Currently I use Navigon on my Dell X50V and R66 on my Symbian
Nokia mobile phone but I think I will switch to R66 on my PDA, too.
Great news, indeed !

SolSie September 2, 2006

Ingo, will you be ready to write a review? I think the program works the same way on Symbian.

Ingo September 2, 2006
