It is not a surprise to SolSie.com readers, If you are WAD users, you probably were part of the very long Beta program. Anyway Chris just GA (general availability) WAD.

“WisBar Advance Desktop is a WisBar Advance 2.x plugin that replaces your existing Today screen. Using WisBar Advance Desktop, you can create shortcuts, system meters, floating windows and virtual pages to extend the functionality of your PocketPC. WisBar Advance Desktop also supports most existing Today plugins. You can arrange them on multiple pages in order to maximize their usefulness (the plugin must support user-defined heights).”

In this new relaese, you’ll find forty new features and bug fixes – the most notable ones being improved Windows Mobile 5.0 support, separate themes for different display modes, cut/copy/paste support, a signal strength meter, and D-pad navigation support. A trial version is available from Lakeridge Software.
