I’m really surprised he left. I’ve never seen anyone do that on the Daily Show.
I’ve never watched the Daily Show. What is he supposed to be doing instead?
Wikipedia:
The Daily Show (currently The Daily Show with Jon Stewart) is a Peabody and Emmy Award-winning half-hour American comical news television program produced by and run on the Comedy Central cable television network.
Providing news-related comedy in the tradition of Saturday Night Live’s “Weekend Update” segment, Channel 4′s The Eleven O’Clock Show, and the long-running Canadian series This Hour Has 22 Minutes, The Daily Show reports on the foibles and hypocrisy of the real world with a satirical edge. Since Stewart’s entrance, the show has also developed a reputation as one of the sharpest political commentary shows on American television.
Ktvyeow – usually, after the interview the person remains seated and speaks a little with him off the camera as they zoon out (you can’t hear what they are saying). I have never seen someone walk off like that which is why I was (and apparently he was) surprised.
Oh.. kind of like after the news where the newscasters usually sit there and chat while the camera zooms out.. I guess the guy really pissed Bill off slightly and he just wants to get away from him since Bill has a long trip ahead of him after all.
