Pharos, a local GPS company located in Southern California is taking next step for its GPS lineup by adding the phone to the portable GPS device. Pharos just rebadges ETEN device (aka X500 Glofiish, OX500). The GPS/phone sports SiRFStarIII GPS receiver with Pharos Ostia nav software, quad-band GSM / GPRS / EDGE (?), WiFi, Bluetooth, a 2 megapixel camera, FM radio and carries $699 price tag.
