I recently discovered the Grammar-Girl , who just added the pictures/foils to her audio podcast. She can show sentences, word, etc..as she explains the subjects on the audio. It is very cool and useful just like running PowerPoint with narration.
Make magazine publishes a complete list of the available PDFcasts that use this technique. You will discover a new level of usefulness of listening audio Podcast.
