If you’re a heavy user of Skype for video, you might want to head on over to MAKE to get instructions on how to hack your Skype to enable higher quality 640×480 video. In order to perform this hack, you’ll need the latest Skype release. The latest Skype release at the time of writing for the PC is 3.0.0.216 and for the Mac, it is 2.5.0.85.
