Vodafone Brings YouTube to Mobile Users

Vodafone is aiming to become a leader in the mobile entertainment sector, with a new deal to make YouTube online videos available to mobile phone users.

This service will initially launch in the United Kingdom, and should be extended reach other key European markets in the months to come. Vodafone plans to offer a daily selection of new videos which can be viewed wirelessly or forwarded to other users, as well as the ability to upload movies to YouTube using any compatible mobile phone.
