Windows Mobile Device Center 6 for Windows Vista

If you ran out and got yourself a copy of Windows Vista on the first day and now don’t know what to do regarding syncing your Pocket PC with your brand spanking new Windows, you’ll need to download the Windows Mobile Device Center 6 for Windows Vista. 

If you’re unfamiliar with WMDC, think of it as Microsoft ActiveSync for Windows Vista.  They have replaced ActiveSync with WMDC which is now completely integrated into the operating system.  Please note that the previous versions of ActiveSync will not work in Windows Vista.

There are two versions, the 32-bit version and the 64-bit version so make sure you ge the right version.  If you’re running a 32-bit Windows Vista, then download the 32-bit version and if you’re running the 64-bit Windows Vista, download the 64-bit version of WDMC.
