Sync Google Calendar With Outlook
If you use Outlook as your central depository for email, addressbook, calendar and all your mobile devices stay in sync with Outlook, however you want to have the flexibility of a Web based calendar with great collaboration capability such Google calendar. Of course Exchange hosting can address these requirements but in general there is cost associated.
Jake Ludington has the solution for you. Here’s how you can sync your Google Calendar with Outlook 2003 or 2007 and automatically sync to your phone/PDA in the process.
The solution involves the open source RemoteCalendar as Outlook plug-in and it uses Google Calendar iCal interface (not Apple iCal) to keep your Outlook calendar and Google calendar in 2-way sync in real time.

Please note, do not confuse with GooSync, which synchronizes wirelessly Google Calendar directly with your mobile device, there is no Outlook involved (at least in the initial sync process).

nice idea but then again it would be prefect to keep once copy each of outlook , Gcal and your mobile online, some where safe. Well with the given option you can make outlook home and sync to your phone via zyb.com and an outlook syncML client.
