Apple TV RSS Reader Plug-in Available

As Apple lets users to provide mods on their Apple TV, we start seeing more and more open source plug-ins out there. The latest is the RSS reader comes courtesy of the bloggers over at twenty08, who’ve managed to put together a plugin that adds an option to read RSS1.x/2.x feeds right alongside your Media and Photos.

The other plug-in was from AwkwardTV, which provides the capability to play video files without transcoding and syncing/streaming them via iTunes.
