PocketPCScreen.com offers a great free service that you can find image you like per category; generate the theme specific to your device and download.
You can also upload your own image PocketPCScreen will make your .tsk files
Tip: Save your RAM, you should consider to store your .tsk files on storage card at root level (WM5/WM6) or Storage card\My Documents (WM2003/WM2003SE) don’t forget to delete the Storage Card\Ignore my Files
