The new site Smartphone.krisdoff.net offers some home screen themes in QVGA (240×320), QVGA Widescreen (320×240) and regular non-QVGA (176×220).
You will find install guide and plugins for the home screen too.
Note: This site only offers exclusively themes for Smartphone (non-Touchscreen).
