Tweaks2k2 v3.27.0 Released

Tweaks2k2 is a popular tool providing hacks on your WM device.  v3.27.0 has been released including a new hack for those using a Pocket PC Phone Edition.
Hack No 132 disables Beeps when changing in-call volume in Pocket PC Phone.
