Both Wall Street Journal and New York Post report the possible acquisition of Yahoo by Microsoft. This rumor later was validated by the big jump of Yahoo share to 14.6%. If this is the real deal, analysts speculate the deal could mount to around $50 Billion.
All of this is to counter attack the unstoppable pervasive success of Google. We will perhaps have a real “Choc of the Titans” this summer!
