 IM+ from SHAPE  Services lets Blackberry users IM and talk to Skype friends. The software (costs $25) allows user to make calls not over WiFi, but over GSM/3G/CDMA networks. Free voice calls to friends and SkypeOut calls without a WiFi network.

You’ll also be able to IM your friends on Skype without any hassles. Combine IM+ for Skype and the $25/year unlimited SkypeOut plan and few pennies per minute oversea calls 

On the PC/Mac side. Skype just released the official version 3.2. FYI
