Samsung i600 (AKA Blackjack) Will Get Free WM6 Upgrade
Samsung Germany will soon be offering Windows Mobile 6 upgrade to the Samsung i600, which is the European version of Samsung BlackJack (+ Wi-Fi and 3G video calling camera). Watch out this link, where the upgrade will be posted: http://de.samsungmobile.com/wcms/support/configurephone/index.jsp.
This is official information from Samsung Electronics GmbH, Customer Communication Center, and since ROM images for MS Smartphone, unlike it is for Pocket PC phones, include several language versions in one ROM, one can assume that this upgrade to Windows Mobile 6 will be available also for English versions of Samsung i600!
Apart from rather short battery life and inability to charge from PC when used as wireless modem, the Samsung i600 is an amazing Smartphone with QWERTY keyboard for single handed usage, built-in podcasting application, genuine BlackBerry-like scroll wheel and also HSDPA and Wi-Fi. Since Samsung i600 offers genuine scroll wheel it clearly is superior to Motorola Q9 Smartphone too…

But it is a good news that it is getting WM6
The European version i600 does have WiFi 802.11b/g
