Webcam Holmes releases an application for WM based devices that lets you watch images from streaming Internet webcams. The utility allows to view real time traffic and sharing the webcams you have found with your friends.

Most webcams use flash (think earthcam) or javascript. I think it’s safe to assume this app. only supports .jpeg/.gif based webcams which unfortunately are a dying breed.
