John Chambers, Cisco’s CEO announces Cisco to kill off the Linksys name. Cisco has made new divisions focusing on the consumer market, and eventually making all of Linksys’s gear under the Cisco brand.
Hopefully all the hotspots out there with the SSID=Linksys; Channel 6; (and perhaps password Admin) will help the name to live on!
