Redirect iPhone Audio to Bluetooth Headset

The iPhone Bluetooth stack only supports HSP/HFP (mono audio) for regular phone calls but you can use the below quick trick to redirect the audio when using the iPod function. While it is not adequate for music, it is very acceptable for audio book and podcast listening.

You can go to the voicemail screen, touch the audio source button and select your Bluetooth device then open up the iPod app and start playing something.
