What $200 Can Buy?
Earlier Apple told us they drop $200 on the 8GB. That makes people wonder, perhaps an upcoming higher model iPhone is in the work and it will be priced at “what’s been proven” to be a consumer-acceptable, $599 price point.
According to 5toMac.com, $200 easily buys Apple a total of 16GB of NAND flash (about $70 for the extra 8GB) like that found in their new iPod touch as well as a tri-band HSDPA radio with plenty of profit left over.
Will we see that high end iPhone at Apple Expo in Paris September 25-29th, 2007, Paris?
