Miro (formerly known as Democracy) player has been upgraded to version 1.0. This media player is actually a good Video Podcast aggregator/player with very nice interface and easy to find Podcast sources, however Miro is sorely lacking Streaming capability to measure up with other players. Miro is also open-source, cross-platform (with Mac, Linux, and Windows versions available).
