Backup Your Emails, Attached Files with MailStore

When you rely on your email client (e.g. Outlook) as your file cabinet to store your files and your emails, (which can be set to be deleted on the mail server once they are downloaded to your desktop) then you do need to to backup your emails and attached files to avoid lost of data in case hard drive crashes (and it will)
