We just learned Om Malik, the soul of GigaOM that we featured so many times here, had a heart attack. Om is a former senior writer for Forbes magazine, one of the original team for Forbes.com, and a former senior writer Business 2.0 magazine. In 2001, he started technology blog GigaOM, which is now in the Top 40 in Technorati. We wish Om a speedy recovery!
