Search Ask.com Adds Voice-Activated

Cellphone user can visit http://wap.ask.com; highlight and select the new “Voice Entry” link, this will initiate the dial to 347-328-4667, which is a voice based service provided by Dial DIR-ECT-IONS.

After calling the phone number, users can use voice to provide the origin and destination addresses. The service will reply to you with a text link that opens up a WAP page with the requested locations’s map and turn by turn directions.
