Issuu is a great online service to present a PDF file content in to a 3-D book that reader can actually flip back and forth just like a print book. The pages can be zoom in/out and spanned too.
After a quick registration, you can start uploading your multi-page PDF files (up to 100MB) and have Issuu store them for free. A link will be provided if you want to share to other viewer or you can embed to other social web sites as well as your blog. (size and background color is customizable)
Now you can embed a long document as a book to your Web site.
