Portable WiFi HotSpot

Cradlepoint  has been marketed this tiny device ($180) that allows you to share your EV-DO card with your laptop or all the laptops in the conference room. This battery-powered SiFi Router/Access point turn your EV-DO in to WiFi Hotspot.

Gizmodo just show a similar device called Sprint PHS300 Personal Hotspot USB device, , it’ll be available on March 1.

Just plug in your Sprint EV-DO card to the USB port (the ones that work on your Mac or Windows laptop, for example), and you can support up to 4 simultaneous clients over Wi-Fi. There’s a 1800 mAH battery. Data sheet here.
