Sprint’s New "All You Can Eat" Plan

Sprint just announced the “All-You-Can-Eat” plan for $119 per month. This plan is only available in San Francisco, Philadelphia, Tampa, and Minneapolis-St. Paul markets. If Sprint can get back their defected subscribers, we are confident this plan will go national.

The plan offers: Unlimited voice calling; unlimited SMS; unlimited web, unlimited email and unlimited picture mail.

Smartphones (Palm, WM) still need a separate Power Vision pack. And Backberry need its own data plan (approx. $40). [Via BGR]

The Gear Diary blog quite rightly point out that this is a VERY expensive plan! They propose an alternative plan to get high-usage Sprint access for a much more palatable price: http://www.geardiary.com/2008/02/06/why-only-a-fool-should-join-sprints-new-unlimited-plan/
