Acer Acquires E-Ten

After last year acquisition of Gateway, today Acer announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire E-TEN Information Systems.
E-Ten is well known for its Glofiish line of Windows Mobile powered Smartphones. The 2 companies expect the acquisition to close during Q3 2008.
