Sprint Simply $99 Unlimited Plan…Not Quite

When Sprint came out with a new unlimited plan with its slogan “Simply Unlimited Plan”. They didn’t mean it is applicable for all devices and all services. Even though, they did give to the consumers that impression.

Certain Sprint Blackberry users called Sprint helpdesk “Sprint Customer Care”  and got a contradicting answer.

BGR just got some clarification from Sprint PR.

“The $99 plan includes BlackBerry Internet Services (BIS: access to Web, other data services as available on BlackBerry devices; no corporate server access). Access to the BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES: corporate server, access to corporate email/calendar/contacts/firewall) is available for an additional $20 premium.”

So now you got the whole picture. Sprint also provides 2 phone numbers to call if you have difficulties: Sprint’s Data and BlackBerry support teams: (877) 626-1441 if your on the old billing system, and (877) 654-9111 if you’ve been switched to the new billing system. [Source BGR]
