Sync options for Blackberry and Mac

A friend exploring options before he gets a Mac, asked me how to Sync his Blackberry. I found 2 options from Crave:

•  RIM’ s PocketMac for BlackBerry is available from their Web site for free. Just like ActiveSync for WM. PocketMac syncs your PIM information such calendar, address book, and task information bi-directionally.
• If you need more bells & whistles, then you can get the commercial software called Missing Sync application for the BlackBerry ($40)In addition to PIM, Missing Sync can sync Picture (iPhoto); Music and Podcast from your iTunes library.
