DVB-T Support on Windows Mobile Device on GIGABYTE’s gSmart t600

msmobiles is showing a quick review of the new Windows Mobile Smartphone from GIGABIT, the gSmart t600.

The gSmart t600 offers support for DVB-T on a WM Smartphone. This is the first we have seen DVB-T is basically a standard terrestrial TV free broadcasting Europe, Australia, Taiwan, India, Russia, etc..

The TV quality as well as the reception seem to be excellent according to the review.

Unfortunately, in the US. MediaFLO; FIOS TV are the TV broadcasting standards adopted by the Wireless carriers with cost associated. I think these are equivalent of DVB-H elsewhere.
