HKC: Word’s First Dual-SIM WM Phone

Chinese based company HKC communications has just released for Asian markets the first dual-SIM Windows Mobile 6 Smartphone, the HKC W1000.

its CDMA sibling called HKC G1000 is also a Dual-SIM with addition of Dual-network GSM-CDMA capability.

The Windows Mobile OS strong suit is its business capabilities, surprisingly this only first that caters to International business travelers.   Until now user has to swap between SIMs but the  HKC W1000 allows user to have both SIM cards and  it and gathers signal from both networks at the same time. It has a stock market hotkey, enabling users to check on stock market info and make inquiries on the fly, with other features that are fully customizable.

Both have a 200MHz CPU, 256MB RAM, Bluetooth A2DP, a 2.8-inch display  using Windows Mobile 6 Professional (TouchScreen).
