Shorten URL on Windows Mobile with ceSnipURL

ceSnipURL is a small utility that allows user to shorten URL’s to make them more friendly for use in Twitter and SMS text messages or mobile email, preventing links form wrapping in email helps them maintain their clickability when sending them. 

It works in very similar way with the Web-based service provided by TinyURL  but the clipboard interaction is more cumbersome than using a small utility.
