Sprint Samsung Instinct: How Well the User Experience Will Be?
By June, we will probably have (or at least will know its release date)the next 3G iPhone as rumored. Sprint doesn’t want AT&T to steal all the thunder; it will release the Samsung Instinct, a full touchscreen phone with great potential. Sprint is expected to prep its biggest marketing push ever in Sprint history for this device.
User should expect 3G, TV, Music, Radio, GPS and Web browsing capabilities on this phone.
As Apple has raised the bar with the iPhone, the question remains for its competitors: how well the user experience will be? By now, I hope carrier and vendor realize the user experience dictates 99.99% of the success or failure of any phone our days.
One thing that bothers me the most is unlike Apple, Steve Jobs only shows the finished product with a flawless demo. The other vendors including Sony (Experia) and the Samsung (Instinct) show their Beta software with lots of rough edges (e.g. repetitive taps to execute a function, somewhat non-intuitive navigation)..I afraid that might leave some bad tastes to early viewers. But of course, we know they also want potential customers to hold off before buying their next iPhones. [Via CrunchGear]
