OperaMini 4.1 has been released for Java capable phones. The most significant improvements on this version are:

• Save pages for offline browsing
• File upload/download support, etc..

Please note, this free Opera Mini is for Java capable cellphones. For Windows Mobile, there is a commercial version called Opera Mobile that you can purchase HERE!
