Samsung L870 S60 Fist non Apple Phone with Safari Browser

This hot summer, when 3G Apple iPhone, HTC Touch Diamond, Blackberry Bold will play stars of the mobile space; the Samsung L870 will represent Symbian for the “dancing with the stars” show.

 

Samsung L870 is the first non Apple mobile phone to support Apple’s Webkit-based, Mobile Safari browser with full browsing the normal Web page format in full zooming, panning fashion. By August, European users can enjoy this Symbian 9.3  S60 3rd edition powered device, which comes with many apps including PIM function, FM radio and multimedia support. Despite the slim form factor (13.5mm/ .53″), the look is a bit outdated to my taste.
