Watch Opera 9.5 Action on HTC Touch Diamond

When the HTC Touch Diamond arrives, in addition to the 3DTouchFlo UI, two other important non-Microsoft software packages are the Opera 9.5 browser and the YouTube application.

CoolSmartPhone is showing off these two apps on this review video.

The Opera 9.5, reportedly customized for the HTC Touch Diamond, works very good, especially the zoom-in action, which The browsing experience seems to be better than the iPhone Safari in the way when zooming in to a paragraph, Opera actually re-flows  the paragraph to appear on the same screen, so there is no need to slide the page around to read. Nice touch!

The YouTube app does not seem to cooperate with the reviewer even on the WiFi connection. Hopefully this problem is part of the pre-release model. If it doesn’t work in the final version, CorePlayer can come to the rescue.
